Who is responsible

What we collect
From the contact form, only what you type: your name, email, phone number if you choose to give it, the subject and your message. We create no accounts.
Why we use it
To reply to your message. The legal basis is your own request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We never use it for advertising and never sell it.
Who processes it
The form is sent through services run by Cloudflare and Resend, acting as processors, and the message is delivered to Maria Pastra’s email. Technical support: Instatok.
How long we keep it
For as long as our correspondence requires, and no longer than two years, unless a commission follows and the law requires us to keep records of it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to maria.g.pastra@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
