“The parade””
Acrylics on YTONG Block
The work refers to the perpetual movement of populations, the exchange of cultural elements, the acceptance of the otherness and the distance we have to travel to know someone else. However, it also refers to our childhood experience and the sweet memory of times that we, as children, perceived as “innocent”. Debunking our childhood and approaching it as adults, we are faced with the ghosts of our personal memories as well as the ghost of our historical memory.
